I DREAMT OF ASIA

‘I Dreamt of Asia’ is a passion project composed of the experiences of the four years I spent living and working abroad in Vietnam and China during my early twenties. After coming home, I had a lot of amazing photos and way too many stories to tell and so the idea arrived to create a magazine piece that would hold my favorite photos and tell some of the craziest, deepest and most heartwarming stories I had lying around in my memories.

In order to keep the readers attention on my photography, I decided to not get too creative with the layout and to keep everything simple and minimalist. The consistent black background also helped the hone attention on the photos whose colors now had room to pop out of the page.
